Everyone is welcome here
I work with people from many different backgrounds and identities. No one is turned away because of who they are or because they feel like they do not fit neatly into a category.
My practice has a strong focus on working with gay men, the broader queer community, and neurodivergent folks. It is also a space for people who are questioning or exploring their sexuality or gender, or who simply want a therapist who understands these experiences without needing a lot of explanation. At the same time, it is not limited to those groups.
What matters most is that you feel:
-
Safe to talk about whatever is going on
-
Seen without needing to explain or justify who you are
-
Understood by someone who respects diversity in how people live, relate, and identify
-
Free from judgement, assumptions, or pressure to fit a mould
Many people come to therapy not because of a specific label, but because they want a space where they can speak honestly and be taken seriously.
If that sounds like what you are looking for, you are welcome to get in touch or make a booking.
